British team United Autosports – who will team up with McLaren in 2024 – to field two McLaren 720S LMGT3 Evos have now confirmed their full driver line-up.

In the No. 95 United Autosports run McLaren is Japan’s Marino Sato, who was confirmed late last year, and joining him in the cockpit will be former British Supersport biker and ELMS podium finisher, Joshua Caygill. Completing the No. 95 line-up will be Nicolas Pino – a 19-year-old Chilean racer who in 2021, became the youngest driver to enter ELMS.

Meanwhile, driving the sister No. 59 car will be previously announced Gregoire Saucy from Switzerland.  Joining Saucy is Brazil’s Nicolas Costa who is the country’s reigning Porsche Carerra Cup Brazil Champion. The final trio member will be Britain’s James Cottingham, a multiple race winning GT3 driver and 2023 British GT Vice-Champion.

The all-new LMGT3 class replaces the former LMGTE Am category and for its inaugural WEC season will welcome 18 entries from nine different manufacturers.
