Briscoe joins Floyd Vanwall Racing team for WEC season-closer
Floyd Vanwall Racing Team has today announced that Ryan Briscoe will join its driver line-up for this year’s FIA WEC season-closer, the Bapco Energies 8 Hours of Bahrain.
Briscoe will share driving duties in the Vandervell 680 alongside regular drivers, Esteban Guerrieri and Tristan Vautier. João Paulo de Oliveira is not available due to his Super GT racing commitments in Japan.
Briscoe has most recently been linked with Glickenhaus Racing, one of the drivers to make the team’s debut in 2021 and was part of the line-up when the squad secured its best result of the year at 24 Hours of Le Mans in June.
Bapco Energies 8 Hours of Bahrain takes place from 2-4 November.
